the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR), Regulation (EU) 2025/40, will generally apply from August 12, 2026.

We are reviewing the packaging used for all products supplied to our EU customers.

To avoid unnecessary changes, wasted packaging materials, or delivery delays, could you please confirm the following?

1. Has your company issued any updated PPWR-related packaging guidelines?

2. Can we continue using the current packaging for upcoming orders, or are any changes required?

3. What information or documents do you need from us, such as material composition, packaging weight, recycled content, specifications, test reports, or supplier declarations?

Before producing packaging in bulk, we would like to obtain your written approval of the packaging materials, structure, and artwork. If no changes are required, please also confirm that the current packaging can continue to be used.
