Return Policy:

1- All items sold from Hello Topten  are covered by a 1 or 2 years warranty.(except for human factors)

2- All products under warranty, if there is a quality problem, take a photo or video and contact our after-sales department, a new one will be replaced or refunded.

3- Any non-Hello Topten products will not be exchanged and refunds.

If you find the package unusual delivered, damaged or somebody opened it before you receive, please kindly make a note in advance and report it to our sales as soon as possible, meanwhile, please show us the detailed pictures of the outer box and the inside boxes situation of products.
